If you purchased tickets to the event, you have received an email from clickbidonline.com with your bidder number. If you can’t attend the event, but would like to bid on silent auction items, you can click through the link above and register online. Bidding will close at 8:30PM MDT on Saturday, April 9 — feel free to share our silent auction items with relatives and friends.

Remember to come with your device (phone/tablet) fully charged since all silent auction bidding is done on your mobile device. And, bring your form of payment (check, cash or credit card) with you to the event.

Our annual auction, our largest fundraiser of the year, will be held Saturday, April 9 at 6:30PM at the Forney Museum of Transportation. Flappers & Fellas is sure to be a gas! Can’t wait to get our boogie on with you there.

WHAT ARE YOU WEARING TO THE AUCTION EVENT THIS SATURDAY?

There are a variety of different dress options for this Saturday’s event, including:

• 20’s flapper themed dresses for women and suits for men
• Gangster style suit outfits
• Newsboy outfits
• Going out evening attire
• Jeans or slacks and a shirt and tie with/without a coat
• Anything…you don’t have to dress up to attend; just come and have fun!

UNIFORM RECYCLING – WEDNESDAYS AFTER SCHOOL 4/13 & 4/20 AT 4-5PM

The PTA’s Uniform Recycling Committee will be selling gently used uniforms on Wednesdays after school for the next two weeks. Come check us out from 4-5PM on 4/13 and 4/20 in the Community Room (off of the Cafeteria). Also, get your donations in to earn credits to spend at the sale. Contact courtneyjarchow@yahoo.com if you have a donation or leave your items (washed and in good shape) in the front office with your name and “UNIFORM RECYCLING” clearly marked.

APRIL PTA MEETING – TUESDAY, APRIL 19 at 6:30-8PM

April’s PTA meeting will be held on a Tuesday (vs. its regular Wednesday evening slot). The meeting will feature a special guest, Dr. Richard Villa, national presenter on the value of inclusive practices in schools. Please join us at an evening for parents to learn more about inclusion and how it supports the education of all students. Childcare will be provided for High Tech Elementary families only, ages 3+.
