Updated: In a surprise twist… Denver Council PTSA gave out one additional award at their Annual Founders Day celebration February 20, 2015. Please help us congratulate both Ann Masten, our High Tech Elementary PTA Treasurer, and Samantha Bedford, our High Tech Elementary PTA Vice President as they were both recognized for their hard work and dedication as PTA and community members. Ann and Sam were chosen as two of only ten volunteers in the greater Denver area to receive this prestigious award.
Denver Council PTSA celebrates Founders Day annually by recognizing and honoring the excellence of the volunteers that are working within the greater Denver area schools and PTAs. They recognize these exceptional volunteers with plaques representing the following categories:
- Community Engagement – has begun or increased community involvement at the school;
- Volunteer Engagement – has helped increase the number of hours provided by volunteers at their school or with PTA programs and events;
- Parent Engagement – has begun or increased mentorship of potential leaders.
We would also like to take a moment to thank all of our PTA members and executives for their tireless dedication and amazing work for the betterment of our PTA, our High Tech Elementary School and all our children. Thank you.
Congratulations again Ann and Sam!
